We chase leaks for a living
Hardaway Leak & Roof began with a simple frustration. Sylvester Hardaway kept being called to roofs that other crews had patched in the wrong place, twice, because the stain was nowhere near the opening.
So the firm does the diagnosis first, writes it down and hands it over. The repair comes second, from an estimate you've read.
There are seven of us. Four are named below, and the other three are on the repair crew.

Jill runs the hose tests and the roof walks. She writes the repair estimate before she leaves the driveway.

Caleb leads the crew that does the repair, from the estimate you have signed.

Office and scheduling
Viviana books the visits, texts you the fee and keeps the reports. Call her if Sylvester is in an attic.

Don't sell what we can't connect to a finding
A repair has a photo and a reading behind it, or we don't recommend it.
