Privacy

This is how Hardaway Leak & Roof handles what you tell us. It is a plain summary, not a legal contract.

What we collect

When you use the form, you give us your name, phone number and address, and where you see water. If you text us a photo, we get your number and the photo.

What we use it for

We use it to call you, set up a visit and write your report and estimate. We don't sell it and we don't share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Sylvester Hardaway, Jill Ferguson, Caleb Magana and Viviana Guerrero. If you ask us to send a report to someone, we send it to them, and only that.

How long we keep it

We keep reports and job records as long as we need them for the written terms on your estimate and for taxes. You can ask us to delete the rest.
