For real estate agents and home inspectors

When the inspection finds a stain

An inspector flags a stain or a soft spot and everyone wants to know if it is active. Send us the address and the note. We visit, write a report from the roof side and give it to whoever ordered it.

  • A report with photos, readings and what we couldn't confirm

  • The fee is stated in writing before we visit

  • No repair is started from a diagnosis

  • The report can go to a buyer, a seller or any other roofer

How a referral goes

Four steps

  • 01

    You send the address

By phone, text or the form. Add the inspection note if you have one.

  • 02

    We set the visit

With whoever can open the house and the attic. We text the fee first.

  • 03

    We write the report

It names the opening, the path and what is wet, and says what we could not confirm.

  • 04

It goes to the person who ordered it

They share it as they see fit. We don't contact the other side.

Questions agents ask

Do you do pre-listing roof checks?

Yes. It is the same diagnosis and the same report, ordered by the seller.

Can the buyer's agent order it?

Yes, with the seller's permission to enter the house and the attic.

Do you pay referrals or give credits?

No. We don't pay for referrals, and we don't discount any job.

What if the roof just needs to be replaced?

The report says so and we write a replacement estimate on request. The report doesn't push either way.
