After the diagnosis
A repair that matches the report
We fix what we found, from a written estimate you have already read. The estimate lists the work line by line, and anything we can't know until we open the roof is named with how it will be priced.
The repair at the opening, with new flashing and sealant
The surface around it matched and fastened
Cleanup, and a photo of the finished work
A written workmanship term on the estimate

About repairs
Can you fix it the same visit?
Sometimes, for a small repair if we have the parts and you have read the estimate. We never start from a diagnosis alone.
What if you find rotted decking?
We stop, show you a photo and write a change. The per-sheet price for decking is in the estimate before we begin.
Do you repair the ceiling too?
No. We repair the roof. The report lists the wet drywall and insulation so a drywall contractor can price it.
Will the new patch match my shingles?
Close, not identical. Weathered shingles never match new ones exactly, and the estimate says what we will use.
Start with the diagnosis
The fee comes first, in writing. The repair estimate comes with the report.
