What stands behind a repair
Each repair estimate carries its own written terms, so you read them before you sign.
The workmanship term
Written on the estimate: what it covers, how long, and what voids it. It is set by the job, not by a number on this page.
The materials
Flashing, boots and shingles come with their makers' own terms. We pass them to you, and we say whose they are.
The report
It documents the opening and the repair, with photos. That is your record if the same spot leaks again.

Registrations and insurance
Kentucky has no state license for roofers. What the firm holds is listed here and in the footer of every page.

About warranties
What does the workmanship term cover?
The repair we did, as written on your estimate. It doesn't cover a new leak somewhere we didn't repair.
Who registers the materials' terms?
We tell you which terms apply and give you the paperwork. Whether anything needs registering depends on the product.
What if the same spot leaks again?
Call us. The report shows what we found and what we did, and we look at it first.
Questions about the papers?
Call, and Viviana will send what you need.
